This is a record of the last production of PPG glass at Pilkington's St Helens. The process was superseded by float glass. The project to record the process was a co-operative operation between Pilkington Archives, Pilkington video unit, myself Ken Howarth (photography) and North West Sound Archive who hold an interview with Jack Lynch the man in charge.
