Saved in the nick of time! Part of an extensive collection of 35mm slides was saved from the rubbish tip at the very last minute and presented to a local history society, who in turn presented it to the Heritage Image Archive. Saving a selection of scans from this Collection is exactly what the Heritage Image Archive was set up to do!
