HRS 3772 Bridgewater Canal, Kellogg's wharf, Trafford Park 1972
Maize was brought up the Manchester Ship Canal to Salford Docks where it was off-loaded on to Mersey flats. Then using Hulme locks the cargoes were delivered to Kelloggs factory in Trafford Park for conversion into Cornflakes. The photo shows Kelloggs private dock.
