A collection of photographs showing the East Lancashire Paper Mill in the 19th century, a pick-axe from Radcliffe sandstone quarry and images of staff and pupils of Radcliffe Parish School. Arthur Lloyd was a carpenter and a keen amateur photographer. His photos from the 1950s and 1960s are immediate and often candid observations of life.
