Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company. Manchester Bolton and Bury Canal and Reservoir. Any person or persons found committing any nuisance upon any of the lands banks and wharves towing paths or other premises belonging to the company or trespassing on said lands, banks, wharves or premises or who shall be found either bathing or fishing or taking water from the canal or reservoir or damaging company property in any way will be prosecuted.
