Oldham, Delph, Friarmere, The Heights, St Thomas Church
High above the village of Delph is St Thomas' Church Friarmere, built in 1765-68 as a chapel-of-ease. It closed for worship on the 14 July 1963. This photograph was taken in 1975. It still stands today and is under the care of Churches Conservation Trust
