HRS 2812 Radcliffe, Site of Great Trespass 1904

Until the 1980s the remains of one of the wooden barriers constructed of railway sleepers could be seen at the bottom of the path where it joins the dirt track.

The sign is bemusing in the circumstances especially as it has been placed more or less where the barrier was!
