HRS 5977 Llanddulas caves 2005

A series of solution caves in the Carboniferous Clwyd limestone on the North Wales coast near Abergele. It is thought the caves were formed in a period before the Ice Age, partly because of their elevated position and partly because of the nature of cave deposits.
