HRS 786 Craig Celynin, cylindrical rock unknown origin

It may be similar to HRS 785 except for its obvious cylindrical shape. Perhaps it represents part of a sub-marine slumping of hot volcanic ash? Welsh geology is not easy at the best of times - All thoughts on what it might are very welcome!
