"The foam now called 'sand' is pumped to the large vats on the 1st floor extension, where the solid materials are allowed to settle. The water is switched off and the sand then transferred to vacuum tanks where cleaned water is pulled through by vacuum pumps. The sand is dried and sold as a poor grade of Blue after being blended with better grades."
