HRS 781 Llan Celynin, glaciated ice-smoothed columnar rock

Craig Celynin consists of a basic volcanic intrusion - like the Giant's Causeway in Ireland and Fingal's Cave in Scotland, the rock as it cooled formed columns. The rock shows clear evidence of having been glaciated by the Conwy Valley Glacier.
