HRS 2931 Radcliffe, Fire Hart and Partington 1970s
Hart and Partington was a company near St Andrew's, Radcliffe. It was completely destroyed by fire in the 1970s. On the 1889 map it was marked as Cardigan Soap Works, but by 1930 it was marked as 'soap, bleaching, dyeing and finishing'. The works was built away from water power and had a steam engine and mill lodge.
