Hooton Park Hangars, Aircraft G-AFIU 11th Sep 2010

"The aircraft .. is G-AFIU, a Parker CA-4 which is a modified Luton Minor. Built inter war in Pembrokeshire believed to have flown but was never certified. Placed in store at the out break of WWII it was recovered by members of NAPS later to become The Aeroplane Collection and was placed in store pending restoration. After almost 40 years in store the airframe was recovered to Hooton Park where restoration to static condition was commenced during 2010".
