The Society meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the village hall at 7.30. We have visited Pen y Gaer, Caerhun church, Penanmaen and last year we had a guided tour of the Suspension and Britannia Bridges in Menai Bridge. In 2008 we had a grant from the Lottery Fund to run an oral history project in the village. We recorded people’s memories of the village and they lent us photographs from their own family albums which formed the basis of an exhibition held in the village hall. If people are interested in the Society they are welcome to come to the meetings (notices are put up in the shop, café, post office and community notice board)
