HRS 3080 Radcliffe, Lambwells known Lammonds c1890

Lambwells was situated on the south east corner of the present Grindsbrook Road. The area had a small coal pit and was an access point to Earl Grey de Wilton's Cockey Moor culvert or sough that drained his collieries. SEE also HRS 3081 for modern view.
