HRS 905 Porth wen brickworks general view

The geology of north Anglesey is complicated. The photo shows what are probably conglomerates of Arenig, Ordovician age exposed in the cliffs at the Porth Wen brickworks site.
For a detailed geological description of this part of the Geopark consult Anglesey Geology a field guide by Jack Treagus 2008 or visit http://www.geomon.co.uk/
The photo also shows a general view of the brickworks.
